# Research sold comparables

> Build a defensible comparison from listing evidence.

Start with a specific keyword, a marketplace, a condition, and an explicit result count. For example, search `sony wh-1000xm5` with `itemCondition=used` and `count=20`.

Review titles and item details for accessories, bundles, parts-only listings, model variants, and duplicates. A separate item lookup costs one additional request. Keep original currency and shipping information alongside each price.

Calculate summaries only after excluding clearly irrelevant listings and documenting those exclusions. Preserve sample size, retrieval time, and warnings. Label the output as a sample of displayed listing prices. Do not claim an exact 90-day sold history, verified accepted-offer median, or exhaustive transaction record.
